This is a great place to visit and learn about historical events in and around Tweed, Ontario, Canada. The displays are constantly changing and you can always find artwork on display in the newly renovated Memorial Gallery.

Excellent selection of gluten free and diabetic foods. Also has a good selection of dairy free and some nut free. Lots of organic foods as well. Nice bright clean store. Good reference material available including Alive magazine.

Yes, the site is accessible just east of Marmora with a fenced in observation overlook. Any further exploration would be completely at your own risk. It's an impressive excavation and certainly worth the trip!
